You may already have a list of the Japanese companies with which you wish to do business.

E.J.Spence, on behalf of you, shall make appointments and arrange business meetings with those companies, before your arrival to Japan, even if you have not had made any contacts with them before.

Perhaps, you have the target group of Japanese companies, but you are yet to identify the specific companies.   E.J.Spence specifies them, reports you and makes the meeting arrangements.
